1. How to Measure Your Waist & Bust ｜Measure
- Your waist is the narrowest natural part of your torso. Place the bottom edge of the soft tape 1–3 cm above your navel, wrap it horizontally around your waist, and measure after fully exhaling before taking a new breath.
- Your bust is the fullest part of your torso. Wrap the soft tape horizontally around the widest bust line, and measure with your body upright and breathing normally.
2. Size Guide Must-Read ｜Notes
- Choose size by bust & waist first. Weight for reference only. Use weight if no bust/waist data.
- Do not rely on your regular clothing size, every corset has its exclusive size chart!
- If your body shape stays consistent, pick your exact matching size — neither bigger nor smaller.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
- You may size down further if you purchase the extender set.

Zero-Difficulty Wearing Guide ( Hook-and-eye closure)
① Set the corset above your navel, fasten 2–3 hook rows upward, adjust side steel bones to match your waistline, then pull it to fit your hips.
② Continue fastening another 3–4 rows of hooks upwards.
③ Pull the corset down to adjust its position to your hips,and push excess abdominal flesh upward.
④ Fasten all remaining hooks from bottom to top.Tuck the flesh under your bust into your undergarment,or pull the corset up slightly to cover the edge of your bra.
Wearing Tips You Need To Know
- Make sure the corset is worn straight, uneven waistlines on both sides will occur otherwise.
- Fitting Tips: Hand wash before direct skin contact (Returns & exchanges are unavailable after washing). Those with dry skin are recommended to use body lotion or a thin inner layer.
- Restricted usage scenarios: Do not wear while sleeping, during menstruation, severe cold, or pregnancy.
- Wearing Duration: Wear 4–8 hours daily at most. Do not exceed the time limit to avoid physical strain. New users should start with 2 hours daily, increasing by no more than 2 hours per day to adapt gradually.
- Note: Loosen hooks immediately if you feel discomfort while wearing. Adjust to a comfortable tightness before continuing use.
- The waist shaper / corset cannot reduce weight, but it helps with dieting for a slimmer figure.
- Care Instructions: Soak in lingerie detergent, gently rub by hand, rinse thoroughly with clean water, lightly wring and air dry. Do not machine wash. Replace with a new corset every 3 months to maintain shaping performance.
